Mnohdy v\u00e1m posta\u010d\u00ed pouze jeden chod, t\u0159eba pol\u00e9vka, proto\u017ee j\u00eddla jsou hodn\u011b syt\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017durek je typick\u00e1 polsk\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 z chlebov\u00e9ho kv\u00e1sku a \u017eitn\u00e9 mouky. Je podobn\u00e1 na\u0161emu krkono\u0161sk\u00e9mu kyselu.  V r\u016fzn\u00fdch regionech ji m\u016f\u017eete ochutnat s malou obm\u011bnou.  N\u011bkdy se p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 smetana,  v\u00fdvar z kost\u00ed a zeleniny, uzen\u00e9 nebo vep\u0159ov\u00e9 maso, r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy klob\u00e1sy. Sm\u00edchan\u00e1 sm\u011bs m\u00e1 m\u00edt konzistenci t\u011bsta na pala\u010dinky.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1dobu zakryjte g\u00e1zou nebo l\u00e1tkou a nechte ji 4-5 dn\u00ed (nezapome\u0148te ji m\u00edchat jednou nebo dvakr\u00e1t denn\u011b)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takov\u00e1 dom\u00e1c\u00ed kv\u00e1skov\u00e1 ka\u0161e by m\u011bla m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edjemnou, siln\u011b kyselou chu\u0165 (d\u00e1vejte pozor, aby nedo\u0161lo ke vzniku pl\u00edsni na povrchu.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skladovat m\u016f\u017eete v chladni\u010dce, v uzav\u0159en\u00e9 n\u00e1dob\u011b po dobu a\u017e dvou t\u00fddn\u016f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Brambory oloupeme, omyjeme a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kostky. D\u00e1me va\u0159it do p\u0159ipraven\u00e9ho v\u00fdvaru (uzen\u00fd nebo zeleninov\u00fd, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i ku\u0159ec\u00ed). P\u0159id\u00e1me nov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed a bobkov\u00fd list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oloupeme cibuli a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kosti\u010dky a osma\u017e\u00edme dozlatova. Osma\u017eenou cibulku p\u0159id\u00e1me k brambor\u00e1m, opatrn\u011b, aby tuk z\u016fstal na p\u00e1nvi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klob\u00e1sky nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kole\u010dka, slaninu na kosti\u010dky a sma\u017e\u00edme na p\u00e1nvi po cibuli . P\u0159id\u00e1me k brambor\u00e1m s cibul\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsou brambory t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 m\u011bkk\u00e9, p\u0159id\u00e1me kv\u00e1sek a prom\u00edch\u00e1me. Pol\u00e9vku dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em, p\u0159id\u00e1me dostatek major\u00e1nky, rozdrcen\u00fd \u010desnek.
