D\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee je to hust\u00e1 a syt\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka. V\u011bt\u0161inou V\u00e1m sta\u010d\u00ed m\u00edsto hlavn\u00edho j\u00eddla. P\u0159ipravuje se v jednom hrnci a v\u00fdsledkem je spojen\u00ed v\u0161ech chut\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch komponent\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eintopf \u201ejeden hrnec\u201c. I toto j\u00eddlo se li\u0161\u00ed region od regionu. P\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed se r\u016fzn\u00e9 suroviny. Nejv\u00edce se va\u0159il za v\u00e1lky, kde se do n\u011bj p\u0159id\u00e1valo co d\u016fm dal. Tak vzniklo mno\u017estv\u00ed zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch variant. M\u016f\u017eeme v n\u011bm naj\u00edt lu\u0161t\u011bniny &#8211; hr\u00e1ch, fazole, r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy zeleniny, jako mrkev, zel\u00ed, p\u00f3rek a nejv\u00edc brambory. V receptech se objevuj\u00ed i du\u0161en\u00e1 masa \u010di klob\u00e1sky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed recepty &#8222;z jednoho hrnce &#8220; jsou dob\u0159e st\u0159e\u017een\u00e1 rodinn\u00e1 tajemstv\u00ed a jsou p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1na cel\u00e9 generace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b Berl\u00edna jsme tak\u00e9 ochutnali. Ka\u017ed\u00fd si do hrnce d\u00e1, co m\u00e1 r\u00e1d. To je to okouzluj\u00edc\u00ed a to, co m\u011b bav\u00ed. Ur\u010dit\u011b vyzkou\u0161\u00edm n\u011bjak\u00fd recept a pak V\u00e1m ho d\u00e1m sem do blogu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby se ingredience do hrnce p\u0159id\u00e1valy jeden po druh\u00e9m ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed, proto\u017ee mohou m\u00edt r\u016fzn\u00e9 doby va\u0159en\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad brambory trvaj\u00ed mnohem d\u00e9le ne\u017e brokolice nebo t\u011bstoviny.
